GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Is the event cash-only or card-friendly?
  • There will be a combination of both cash and card options at the event.
  •  
  • Can I leave and re-enter the convention?
  • You may leave and re-enter freely throughout dependent on the type of ticket you have purchased.
  •  
  • Do you offer bag or coat check, or storage options?
  • Yes, the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) offers storage, with a FedEx office location for coat and bag check available for many large events. While general, long-term luggage storage isn’t provided, on-site options for event-related needs are available, often for a fee, though specific details like cost and hours can vary. Cost: There is a fee for this service, which can be around $10. Items must be collected on the same day they are stored. The storage is for bags and coats related to the event, not for general luggage.

  • What should I bring?
  • Please bring your bad selves, a sense of fun and adventure and, most importantly of all, deodorant.

  • Are there different ticket tiers? What do they include?
  • Day passes, weekend passes, x4 day passes and RIP passes are all available on the link above with details.

  • Is there a refund or transfer policy?
  • We have a no refund policy on our tickets, however you are free to transfer to another party.

  • Do you offer group or early-bird discounts?
  • Our early bird period is November thru January. Do keep an eye out for other discounts offered by our partners and special guests.

  • Will I receive a badge? When and how can I pick it up?
  • You will receive a digital ticket that you may use to enter the venue.

SCHEDULE & PROGRAMMING

  • Where can I find the event schedule?

  • Will sessions be recorded or streamed?
  • There will be a documentary crew in attendance for the event. Notices will be posted at all entrances to the venue. Consent to Filming and Photography:Individuals agree that they may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. [1] Waiver of Privacy Claims: Participants waive any rights to privacy or publicity claims regarding the use of their image or likeness. [1] No Right to Compensation: Individuals forfeit any right to be compensated for the use of their image, voice, or likeness in any future materials (e.g., promotional videos, broadcasts, documentaries, social media posts). [1, 2]

  • How do I attend panels, workshops, or special events?
  • You may sign up for extra activities on our ticket link with Masterclasses, panels, demonstrations and special events to be announced throughout the year.

  • Are there age restrictions for certain sessions?
  • Something Wicked Zone has a strictly over 18 entry policy. In the rest of the venue anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Can the schedule change? How will updates be communicated?
  • Schedules are subject to change and all updates will be communicated by email, WhatsApp (depending on the information you have chosen to share with us) and in-house signage.

  • How do I sign up for limited-capacity events (autograph, meet-ups, tournaments, etc.)?
  • Look out for social media announcements, updates on our site and ticket listings.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

  • Where is the convention being held?
  • South Hall Las Vegas Convention Center 3150 Paradise Road Las Vegas, NV 89109

  • What are the convention center hours?
  • Thursday/Friday/Saturday 10:00 – 19:00; Sunday 10:00 – 16:00
  •  
  • What are nearby hotels? Do you offer hotel discounts?
  • Las Vegas is home to a huge variety of hotels. We have partnerships in place with the Caesar Group (on strip) and The Golden Nugget (downtown)
  •  
  • Is there public transportation or parking available?
  • LVCC Loop:A free transportation system connecting the different halls of the LVCC via Tesla vehicles in underground tunnels. Stations: Located at the South, Central, West, and Riviera (near Resorts World) halls. Duration: The ride can be less than two minutes, compared to a 25-minute walk. Las Vegas Monorail: This system has a direct stop at the LVCC and connects to several Strip hotels. Rideshare: You can use apps like Uber or Lyft. Designated pick-up and drop-off lots are available at the convention center, such as the Bronze Lot and Silver Lot. Taxi: Taxis can be hailed from hotel taxi lanes or main entrances, with designated pick-up areas available at the convention center. Parking: Paid parking lots are available, including the Diamond and Silver Lots. Note that parking at the LVCC is cashless.

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
  • Accessibility: Handicapped parking is available in several lots, including Diamond, Silver, Platinum, and Bronze. These spots are first-come, first-served and require a valid disabled parking permit. The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) is ADA compliant, offering accessible parking, automatic doors, TDDs, and wheelchair/scooter rentals. Visitors can find detailed ADA information and accessibility maps, and event-specific assistance through an accessibility services desk.

ATTENDEE POLICIES

  • What is the code of conduct?
  • Be excellent to each other
  •  
  • Are cosplay props, banners, or signage allowed?
  • Safety First: All items must not pose a safety risk to other attendees. This means no sharp edges, dangerous materials (like heavy metal or glass that can shatter), or functional weapons. Size Limitations: Oversized props, banners, or signage may be restricted, especially in crowded areas. They often must be able to fit through a standard door or be a certain maximum size (72 inches in length). Inspections: Props, especially those resembling weapons, are subject to mandatory inspection (peace bonding) by convention staff or security. They may be tagged to show they have been checked. Content Restrictions: Items must be appropriate for a general public, family-friendly event. Prohibited content typically includes: Explicit or sexually suggestive material; Hate symbols or anything that promotes discrimination or harassment; Signs inviting physical contact (e.g., “Free Hugs”); Political statements; Solicitation or advertising unless you are an approved vendor.

  • Are masks permitted (cosplay, health, etc.)?
  • Masks are permitted inside but you will be asked by security to remove them at the entrance point to confirm identities.

  • Can children attend? Do they need a ticket?
  • Children over 3 will need a paid for ticket. Due to the nature of the show there are no concessions. Attendance at parents discretion. There will be elements of the show that are scary, dark and not suitable for all.

  • Are pets or service animals allowed?
  • Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed on site. Under the ADA, service animals are allowed in all areas where the public is permitted. For your information a business or entity can ask two questions to determine if an animal is a service animal: (1) Is the service animal required because of a disability? and (2) What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?.

  • What items are prohibited?
  • Firearms: All real, replica, or simulated firearms, including airsoft, BB guns, and cap guns (even if disabled). Only active on-duty law enforcement personnel may carry real firearms. Bladed/Sharp Weapons:Live steel, metal swords, knives, daggers, axes, and any sharp-edged or pointed items are not permitted. Projectiles: Weapons that can launch any projectile (e.g., slingshots, bows with functional strings) are prohibited. Prop arrows must be foam or blunted and secured to a quiver. Blunt Weapons: Heavy items made of metal, wood, or hard plastic like bats, staffs (unless lightweight), or martial arts weapons (nunchucks, batons) are banned. Chemical/Explosives: Mace, pepper spray, tear gas, fireworks, smoke bombs, and any simulated explosives are strictly prohibited. Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages, large coolers, glass containers, and alcohol are prohibited by the venue’s policy. Wheeled Transport: Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, Segways, hoverboards, and wheeled shoes are not allowed inside convention spaces (excluding ADA mobility aids). Noise Makers & Disruptive Items: Items like air horns, whistles, and large portable speakers are banned. Signage & Solicitation: Unauthorized flyers, signs, banners, or any form of commercial solicitation or “free hugs” signs are not permitted. Airspace Devices: Drones, remote-controlled vehicles, and helium balloons are not allowed within the venue. Flammables: Fireworks, explosives, smoke machines, and open flames are prohibited.

VENDORS & EXHIBITORS

  • How can I apply to be a vendor or artist?

  • What are vendor booth hours?
  • Vendor booths will be open for the entire duration of the event.

  • Can I pre-order or reserve items from vendors?
  • Please feel free to call vendors directly to arrange reservation options.

  • What vendor categories will be present?
  • We will have vendors relevant to each of our Zones.
  •  
  • Are ATMs available in the venue?
  • Central Lobby:There is an ATM located in the front entrance area. West Hall Lobby: An ATM is available at the front entrance of the West Hall. Nearby Options For lower fees, or if on-site ATMs are temporarily unavailable, other ATMs are nearby: Westgate Resort and Casino: This hotel is attached to the convention center and has ATMs available. Walgreens and CVS: Stores along the Strip, near the Convention Center Dr intersection, have ATMs with generally lower fees than casino-owned machines. Bank Branches: A Wells Fargo branch is located across the street from the food court area, and other bank-branded ATMs (like Bank of America on the 4th floor of the M&M store) are a short distance away.

  • Guests will sign all items within reasonable limits including photographs, posters, figurines, fungi pops, t-shirts and memorabilia

  • Are there rules for interacting with guests?
  • We would appreciate our guests being respectful and polite to the talent.

  • Is there Wi-Fi at the venue? Is it free?
  • There is WiFi at the venue and it is free of charge.

  • Can I charge my devices somewhere?
  • Portable Chargers:The LVCC has partnered with ChargerGoGo to offer portable charging stations throughout the facility. Users can scan a QR code, rent a portable charger equipped with three different cables (for Apple, Android, and other small devices), and return it to any ChargerGoGo location when finished. Exhibitor Booths: Some individual exhibitors may provide charging stations within their booths as an amenity for visitors.

FOOD & AMENITIES

  • Are outside food and drinks allowed?
  • No external food or drink is allowed inside the venue.

  • Are there food options inside or nearby?

  • Are water stations available?
  • Las Vegas Convention Center has 99 free water bottle fill stations, allowing exhibitors and attendees to refill their own bottles without the plastic bottle waste.

  • Are there quiet or rest areas?
  • will be seating areas inside the venue where you may sit, relThere ax and take a break from the mayhem around you.

COSPLAY & CONTESTS

  • Is there a cosplay contest? How do I enter?
  • There will be a costume competion, a Cosplay competition and fashion shows. Please keep an eye on socials and our website for announcements.

  • Are cosplay repair stations available?
  • There will be Cosplay repair stations in the Otaku Obscura Zone.
  •  
  • Are there photography guidelines or cosplay etiquette?
  • Please be polite and respectful towards our Cosplay attendees and ask permission before taking their photograph.

VOLUNTEER

  • How can I volunteer?
  • Please reach out to screamteam@screenmastersint.com with your availability and any previous experience that may be relevant.

  • Do volunteers get free admission?
  • Volunteers have free admission for the duration of the event within the public hours.
